1. Select the 'Home' section at the bottom menu;
2. Scroll down to 'Daily Goals' and click on 'Log Water';
3. Tap on 'Daily goal';
4. Use the slider to adjust your daily water intake goal;
5. At the bottom of this menu, you may also choose the serving type you use the most (glass or bottle) and its size. This will help you track your water intake later. For example, if you carry a water bottle, indicate its size here and simply note it in the app every time you finish one;
6. To view all your water intake data go to 'Track' section, click on 'Summary', and select 'Water'.
If you'd like to setup reminders for the water intake, simply go to 'Track' section and click on 'Manage tasks & reminders'. There you will be able to setup notifications according to your preference.
